These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and mobile application (the "Services") provided by Nepal Garbage Cleaner Employee Union ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & membership
Certain features require membership. Membership is subject to our approval, applicable fees, and any membership rules we publish. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use and chat safety
You agree not to misuse the Services — including unlawful activity, infringing others' rights, uploading harmful or misleading content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services, or using them to harass others. Chat users must not post abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, spam, or illegal content. We may filter, remove, report to appropriate authorities where required, suspend, or ban content/accounts that violate these Terms. You can use the in-app report and block controls to report objectionable chat content or prevent direct messages.
5. User content & listings
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as directory listings and documents) and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Fees & payments
Membership dues and other association fees, where applicable, are described at the point of payment. They are real-world association dues, not digital content or app features. If you select an "already paid" option, you must provide accurate payment information and proof; this is a claim for administrator review only and does not activate membership, settle an invoice, or grant benefits until approved. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text, and logos (other than your content), belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Medical and service disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. ADR and medicine-related information is for safety reporting and general information only; it is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Seek advice from a qualified health professional for medical concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Nepal.
